Alcoholics In Action

We offer you understanding, advice, help and fellowship.

If you are an alcoholic or think you may be. if you think a family member or a friend is an alcoholic or if you just need some help or someone to talk to without any condemnation then join us.

Honestly we don't bite.

No one can understand the alcoholic mind like another alcoholic. What can you expect from us? The truth, no B.S. It is possible to live a full life withoout alcohol, it's not easy but there again life isn't easy. How do I know this? I have been living for the last seven and a half years without any alcohol and I have managed to deal with the many problems life throws at us, I have rebuilt relationships with family and friends I have become a trusted member of my community. But this isn't all about me! it's about the thousands of other alcoholics who have done the same thing, some have done so for over 35 years to my personal knowledge. Some do this by going to A.A.  some by using other groups such as Smart recovery. One thing I do know is that we don't stand much chance of doing it alone.

How do we start?

What do we do?

Where do we go?

Who do we go to for help?
